It is an excellently designed condo, which is full of facilities. The common areas are not only spacious but always ready to use. Moreover, the project includes a commercial mall zone and office space as well. The location is also favorable for traveling, both by private car and public transport, because it is close to the Si Rat Expressway and the Cultural Center MRT Station. I decided to buy a 1 bedroom (33 sqm) unit, which was designed in a cozy and clean white tone and perfectly managed spaces. However, there is a little bit of a problem with parking. The project indicates that it can park up to 62%, but in fact, it is less than that. Since it is a mixed-use project, the parking lot has to be shared with visitors who visit the commercial mall.
