Overall, it is relatively okay. Besides, many facilities are located on 1st, 28th, 31st, 32nd, and rooftop floors. I love swimming on the 31st floor because I can experience with the Bangkok city view while swimming. Also, every facility on the rooftop is impressed me, such as the rooftop garden, kid's playground, BBQ grill area, and stargazing room. I can have fun with various activities provided by the project staff team.
Finally, I confidently bought this condo because something is interesting more than pets friendly. It is because it is 450 meters close to Ekkamai BTS Station or 5 minutes walking. I'm sure that the price will continuously be increased shortly because many foreigners are renting the property here.
