This condo provides a full range of facilities, including restaurants, bars, communal pools, and a communal gym, which is very convenient. We've stayed here for many years, and we rented a studio unit. I can overlook the partial Jomtien Beach view from the balcony because many buildings obstructed the scenery. It's an a-ready-to-move-in condo with fully furnished. All furniture is well-maintained and usable until now. It is called durable furniture provided. There is also a large communal pool, which you don't need to be afraid of because there are too many people and there is no place to swim. Many restaurants are nearby the condo offering Thai and international food. Furthermore, there are various convenience stores. If you don't have a private car, don't worry; you can easily take the public buses passing the whole day either going to Pattaya town or Pattaya Beach. It's very easy! Overall, I'm personally okay with this condo because it is easy to live and experience a good life. It's also close to the office. It is convenient to use a private car or even take a public bus. You can change and experience your life.
