From December 2013 to May 2019, our family lived in the condo. Our room is large, with three bedrooms. The owner keeps the room in good condition. All of the furniture is modern and well-kept. The project has a lovely pool, garden, and plenty of parking for all residents. The project location is excellent, but there will be a lot of traffic during rush hour since it is an important business district in downtown Chiang Mai and close to the Nimman Intersection. In addition, it takes only 15 minutes to travel to Chiang Mai International Airport.
