Green Field Villa is known as a high-quality village, and the materials are of good standard and premium grade. There is a private swimming pool and a garden for growing home-grown vegetables. The area around is enough space for holding parties. Besides, there are about 1-2 car parking spaces, and you can even feed your pets !! The village is quiet, safe, and suitable for large families. If traveling to Pattaya, it takes about 15-20 minutes only (Anyway, the car will be stuck in Pattaya, especially during the hustle and bustle of the morning). More importantly, the village is not far from my office and near many tourist attractions. There are also many convenience stores nearby.!!

The project's atmosphere is tranquil and suitable for all-aged residents. My house is 1-story with a private swimming pool. Because the project was complete a long time ago, the communal area can be a bit outdated but well kept. There are CCTVs all around and a security guard to screen visitors. The house plan is similar to those in other projects with built-in furniture and a kitchen counter. The original interior is old-fashioned, but it will surely be perfect after the renovation.
