The room I stayed in is on the 12th floor, overlooking a pool view from the balcony at the back of the room. It also offers a full city view. The on-site comprises a complete facility, especially the gym with modern equipment and sufficient for the number of residents. I want to say that the condo here is beautifully-designed and luxurious in a modern style. I think it is a great value for money, the location is also convenient, only about 10 minutes to Thonglor BTS Station !!

I am very fond of Japanese architecture and design because it represents simplicity that perfectly blends with nature. It is more beautiful than any other countries design. So, I was particularly interested in it. I always go to the projects, which its design related to Japanese style. Of course, this project also attracts me due to the interior is mixed with minimalist furniture. It gives a sense of relief and more pleasant. I love the design so much, and I decided to buy 1 unit.
The building of the condo is U-shaped. The buildings are facing, and residents can see the nice pool view and Bangkok's city view. It allows me to commune with two different views in the same place, which is considered worthwhile that I invested. The project itself is situated in a very convenient area. Whether traveling by car or BTS Skytrain is convenient because it is near the expressway and the Thonglor BTS Station is 500 meters or a 5-minute walk. I want to recommend taking BTS Skytrain is more convenient than using a private car. The location in the center of the city is close to many different department stores and offices. I always take public transportation because it is convenient to travel and does not waste time. Moreover, there are numerous restaurants to choose from, ranging from affordable to high prices. However, the cost of living is relatively high as it is a business area.
Alternative condo for comfort lovers

It is a reasonably priced condo, just 600 meters from Thonglor BTS station. The project features a free shuttle bus service to the BTS stations all day long as well. It is highly recommended for foreigners to stay here because traveling is very easy and near Thonglor, where it connects everywhere in the heart of Bangkok. If you are looking for a studio room or other rooms here, I recommend it here. It is complete and can be bought to live in if you work in the Phra Khanong area and Thonglor area.

Ideal condo near Thonglor BTS! you can get there in 5-6 minutes by foot. The condo atmosphere is nice and shady from the surrounding garden. The place is quiet and suitable for living. From the rooftop, I can admire the stunning city view while doing exercise. The saltwater swimming pool is proper for the kids. Oh! There are a Jacuzzi and sauna. So impressive!
A condo with a private atmosphere, close to BTS Thonglor

I've been renting this place for over a year. I like it because it's close to BTS Thonglor, but it's entirely private, not so busy. Within the condo, there are also facilities available for leisure, such as a swimming pool, a gym, and a rooftop garden to relax and enjoy Bangkok's view. My room is a regular studio at approximately 24 square meters and comes with a full set of furniture, including kitchenware, built-in furniture, and air conditioners. Everything is in good condition. So far, I don't see any serious problems.

Intend to buy here for investment. I think that it is suitable for long-term investment for both Thai and foreigners. Maybe because of the joint development with Mitsubishi Estate, the project got a lot of attention from foreigners especially Japanese people, so I decided to buy 1 unit with 2 bedrooms. The interior of the room is fully-fitted with some furniture. With the kitchenware set and air conditioners. I like the white part of the kitchen. And tiled floors make it easy to clean when cooking. The space in the room is very spacious. Because of the furniture that they designed for us, and a spacious bedroom able to put king bed size so comfortably. And the common area, a rooftop fitness center designed with a unique and high ceiling. That we can appreciate the chaos in Thonglor. The area where the project is located also convenient. Able to access in many ways, close to Thonglor BTS station. There are many restaurants to choose from around the area. For people using private cars can use the route bypassing the traffic jam to the Rama IV Road, but the project has limited parking spaces. The disadvantage for those who do not have their cars is that the project is a bit far from the main road. So you have to walk about 300 meters from the main road and even though it is connected to Soi Sukhumvit 36 and Soi Sukhumvit 38, walking into Soi Sukhumvit 36 is quite dangerous because there is no footpath.
